How many lessons will I need?
The DSA> says that the current average needed to pass is 45 hours of tuition, with an additional 22 hours private practice. I can give you an idea of how long you are likely to need after your first few lessons. Also you’ll need to add a further 3 hours for your test day, this allows for travel to and from your test, a warm up lesson and the use of the tuition car for your test.
So as a rough guide, if you can get some private practice, and commit to regular training, you’ll need to budget for around 48 hours of tuition.
